Free and Easy Returns
Returning online purchases by mail is super easy and always free.
Here's what to do:
1. Repackage your purchase, making sure to include your proof of purchases, along with
your order number, name, address and telephone number.
2. Complete our RMA Form and we will issue you with a Returns Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA) within 24 - 48 hours.
3. Be sure to include your proof of purchase, along with your order number, name, address,
and telephone number.
4. The package must be post marked and shipped on or before 30 days after purchase for
Charge Credit.
5. Drop off your package at any USPS Store, USPS Drop Box, or your local Post Office.
6. A return to our Customer Care Center usually takes 3-5 business days to process
once it is received. Product cost & return shipping fee will be credited back to you!
7. All returns use USPS First Class shipping.
Customer is responsible for any costs related to the return of product if customer chooses
to ship with a carrier other than USPS. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your
original payment method.

Occasionally sunglasses break. It's sad, but true. But when it happens to sunglasses bought at
Designers Replica, we replace them with the same pair (or equivalent, if unavailable) at 50% off
the original price.
