Lost or Damaged Items in the U.S.A. All
orders are shipped via the USPS with delivery confirmation, our proof
of delivery. If the USPS confirm delivery yet you advise that package
has not been received, we advise you to file a claim directly with the
USPS. Subject to availability, your order can be re-shipped and sent
via First Class Mail. A 20% fee is due on all re-shipped orders (in
most cases, this barely covers the cost of shipping and cost of stock).
Please note Designer sunglasses can not be re-shipped.
If your
order was delivered in the U.S.A. and arrived damaged, please contact
us and we'll be happy to provide a replacement pair, subject to
availability.
If you suspect your order has been lost, please
allow 14 business days for delivery before contacting us as this is a
requirement of the USPS.
Returns with Regular Retail Sunglasses If
you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a
full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the
purchase date.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us for
authorization on a return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order
back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the
customer, no exceptions. All product returns should include the
original invoice and be mailed to:

Your
refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS
First-Class Mail orders or any other shipping method. Your refund will
not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending sunglasses
back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All
returns must be in the condition you received them and in the original
box and/or packaging (including invoice) for full credit to be issued.
No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product
caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse,
we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your
return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear
on your credit card statement.
Exchanges You
can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
All product exchanges should include the original invoice and be mailed
to the address noted above. Please send us an email right away to
specify the style and color you would like to exchange your sunglasses
for so we can place the new pair on hold for you.
The
